If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 90 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method, less a 30% restocking fee and the return shipping fee.
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
Please contact us, including your order number, to arrange for an RMA return label. Once you have contacted us,
- Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email
- Send all items back to us using the label provided
Refunds
Your refund will be processed once the items have returned to our facilities, and they have been examined to confirm that all the items are present, and that they have no visible signs of wear or use. In case of refund, the credit may take several business days to appear on your credit card statement.
